Soft furnishings
Soft furnishings, lighting, and the finishing touches
The pieces that turn a room of furniture into a room. Stock changes weekly, so it's worth visiting more than once a season.

What we mean by finishing touches
A sofa, a carpet, and a pair of curtains will get you most of the way to a finished room. The last ten percent, the part that makes the difference between "we did the room" and "we love the room", is in the cushions, the throw, the lamp, the mirror, the piece of art on the wall.
That's what this part of the showroom is. Stock rotates weekly. What's in today is rarely there in a fortnight.

Scent
Reed diffusers and the occasional candle. Light scents, not the perfume-shop register.
See the scentWhy these pieces benefit from being seen
A cushion is a cushion until you feel the weight of the linen. A throw photographs as flat colour until you see it draped over a chair. A lamp is a lamp until you turn it on and see what kind of pool of light it actually throws. Photos can't carry any of that.
The other reason to visit is that the soft furnishings part of the showroom is where most people find the piece they didn't know they were looking for.
