Shipping policy

Delivery costs

Delivery is £40 on orders under £400 and free on orders of £400 and over. We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Scottish Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland, at the same price. We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

Lead times

Three weeks is typical for both MUST Living and DTP Home. Most of our furniture comes in from the maker to order rather than sitting in a warehouse, so allow the lead time. We contact you to book a delivery date once your order is ready.

Kerbside delivery

Delivery is kerbside. The driver brings your order to the nearest safe point at your property, normally the kerb or your driveway. They do not carry pieces indoors or upstairs, unpack them, assemble them or take the packaging away. Larger pieces need two people to move safely, so arrange a hand for the day and check the piece will go through your doors before you order. Dimensions are on every product page.

Until your order is handed to you it is at our risk. If it is damaged in transit that is ours to put right. Have a look at your order when it arrives and tell the driver if anything is wrong. If you spot something afterwards, call us on 01905 964994 with a photograph and we will sort out a repair, replacement or refund. There is no deadline that takes your rights away.

Collection from Broadway

Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready. Collect from our showroom at the Cotswold Design Centre, Kennel Lane, Broadway, WR12 7DJ, open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 4pm. Bring your order number and a vehicle large enough for the piece.
