We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Scottish Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland, at the same price. We do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Lead times
Three weeks is typical for both MUST Living and DTP Home. Most of our furniture comes in from the maker in the Netherlands rather than sitting in a warehouse, so allow the lead time rather than expecting a next day service. Each product page shows the lead time for that piece.
On the day
We contact you to book a delivery date once your order is ready, so you are not waiting in on spec.
Delivery is kerbside. The driver brings your order to the nearest safe point at your property, normally the kerb or your driveway. They do not carry pieces indoors or upstairs, unpack them, assemble them or take the packaging away.
Please plan for that. A dining table or a large cupboard needs two people to move safely, so arrange a hand for the day and check the piece will go through your doors before you order. Dimensions are on every product page.
Until your order is handed to you it is at our risk. If it is damaged in transit that is ours to put right.
Checking your order
Have a look at your order when it arrives and tell the driver if anything is wrong. If you spot something afterwards, call us on 01905 964994 with a photograph and we will sort out a repair, replacement or refund.
There is no deadline that takes your rights away here. Telling us quickly makes it easier for everyone, that is all.
Collection from Broadway
Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready. Collect from the showroom at the Cotswold Design Centre, Kennel Lane, Broadway, WR12 7DJ, open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 4pm.
Bring your order number and a vehicle large enough for the piece. Larger items need two people to lift, so bring a hand if you can.
Changed your mind
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel most orders. Bringing an item back to the showroom is free. If you would rather we collected it there is a carriage charge, which starts at £35 and depends on the size of the piece. See Returns.
